After you purchase the survey, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. And within 1 business day your school survey will be deployed and ready to be distributed to your school community. |

Once you have purchased your survey, you can distribute it. Send everyone to www.myschoolsurvey.com and provide them with your school's PIN and Password (assigned by you at Setup). You will receive an email each time someone from your school completes the survey. We recommend leaving the survey in the field for about 2 weeks. |

When you feel that you are finished collecting survey responses from your community, notify David Baker at david@thrivingschools.org. That following weekend, your reports will be prepared and emailed to you. And David will be happy to talk with you if you have any questions about the reports and how to interpret the results. |
